- What is a credit?
- One credit = one API call, one PNG export, or one Google Doc export. PDF and DOCX exports are always free. The 2,000-credit pool is shared across all three credit-bearing actions on your account.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You stay on Premium until the end of your current billing period. After that you drop to Free — your existing saved files remain accessible (read-only); you just lose the ability to save new ones.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Subscription credits reset every month. Top-up credits never expire — they sit on your wallet until used.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free tier is the trial — generous enough that most personal users never need to upgrade. You can also test PDF + DOCX export anonymously without signing up.
- How does billing work?
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. You can update your card, view invoices, or cancel anytime from your Billing page.
